I would suggest you sit comfortably and just tune into time and space IF you were there at any point and follow through to add or release anything that you can release Some new techniques are introduced here that I have started to do in 1:1 sessions that are very powerful ( especially with the light language I do now) are releasing a lot of things and flooding new light into one's energy

First there is a short video clearing where the energies of Gaia was connected and cleared in the fall of Atlantis that opens up for specific lights to come in and then there is a main session from ALL creations of Atlantis.
